FILLET OF SEABASS WITH MUSTARD AND OYSTER SAUCE




seabass fillet
1 tsp - mustard
1 tsp - osyter sauce
1 clove - chopped garlic
chilli, sliced
1 handful - coriander leaves
2 tsp - soy sauce
2 tsp - sesame oil
1/2 tsp - sugar
salt and pepper


Mix mustard, ground coriander, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil together.
Add the seabass fillets to the sauce.
Put the seabass under the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Heat the rest of the sauce in a pan.
Pour the over the cooked seabass. Garnish with chilli and coriander leaves.

Serve with savoury rice or salad.
