Fruit tartlets
· 150ml (¼pint) natural Greek yogurt
· 3tbsp lemon curd
· 1 box of 8 sweet puff pastry shells
· 1 plum, thinly sliced
· 50g (2oz) blueberries
· 100g (3½oz) raspberries or blackberries
· 50g (2oz) redcurrants
· How to make:
· Mix the yogurt and lemon curd together and spoon into the pastry cases. Don't over fill them or the mixture will overflow when fruit is added.
· Arrange the plum slices on top of each tartlet with a selection of the berries. Serve straight away.
