4 x 150g salmon fillets
50g fresh white breadcrumbs
3tbsp Asda Pesto Sauce
50g Asda Parmesan, grated
Lemon wedges, to serve
HOW TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the salmon fillets on a nonstick baking tray. Mix the breadcrumbs with the pesto sauce and Parmesan, then spread the mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets, pressing it down gently.
Bake the fish in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes, then serve immediately with a wedge of lemon. Good served with a selection of green vegetables.
