SMOKED MACKEREL AND PASTA SALAD

100g smoked mackerel, flaked
 80g farfalle pasta, or other short pasta shapes, cooked and refreshed
 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
 50g cooked green beans, refreshed
 ½ can butterbeans, drained and refreshed
 1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 1 spring onion, sliced
HOW TO MAKE:

Put 80g cooked and refreshed farfalle pasta, or other short pasta shapes, and 100g flaked, smoked mackerel in a bowl.

Add 8 cherry tomatoes, halved, 50g cooked, refreshed green beans, and half a can of drained and refreshed butter beans, and mix well.

Stir in a trimmed, sliced spring onion and 1tbsp of fresh chopped parsley and serve.
