CHEESE AND SUMMER VEGETABLE BAKE

175g pack baby leeks, trimmed
 150g shelled broad beans or frozen broad beans, defrosted
 200g pack tenderstem broccoli
 2 x 350g pots Asda Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
 25g sunflower seeds
 50g mature Cheddar, grated

HOW TO MAKE:
 Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Steam vegetables for 7 minutes, or simmer for 5 minutes, then drain on kitchen paper.

Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the sauce.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the sunflower seeds and grated cheese, and sprinkle on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
